All services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis and are subject to agreed-upon scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
While we aim to deliver high-quality work and strategic value, we do not guarantee specific financial, operational, or business outcomes.
Clients are responsible for execution, decision-making, and implementation unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
All services, including scoping sessions, require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated (see cancellation policy for scoping sessions).
Project-based work may require milestone payments or full upfront payment depending on scope.
All materials, frameworks, systems, and deliverables created by Blackline Governance remain the intellectual property of Blackline Governance until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their intended business purposes.
Blackline Governance retains the right to reuse general frameworks, methodologies, and non-client-specific systems.
